The tenant will be liable for the certified bailiff’s fees in the majority of cases allowing you to retain the full amount we successfully recover. Taking this action will automatically restrict your right to evict your tenant and it is therefore very important to consider at the outset whether ending the lease by evicting your tenant and obtaining possession back of the property would be a preferred option.
