We offer a fixed fee to forfeit a commercial lease based upon the non-payment of rent. Our fixed fee is £799 inclusive and includes the review of your lease, legal advice, drafting and serving of the appropriate tenants notices, the attendance at the property by a bailiff and VAT.

Following the eviction, The Landlord Group can arrange for supervised access to be given to the tenant for removal of any possessions. It is a legal requirement that you provide the tenant with an opportunity, following the eviction, to collect any items left at the property which belong to the tenant.
