Warrant of Control - £220.00

We apply to the courts to arrange for the county court bailiffs to go to the debtor's address and seize the debtor’s goods. The fixed fee includes solicitor’s fees, court costs and bailiff’s fees. The court fee can be added to the debt claimed.

Execution against goods is a very popular method of enforcing a judgment debt as it can be done quickly. However, this enforcement method does depend upon the judgment debtor having goods of sufficient value to discharge the sums owed.
