The complete service, The Landlord Group's own lawyers will prepare and issue county court proceedings against your tenant. The county court will set a hearing date. A lawyer will attend the hearing on your behalf. The lawyer will represent you and present your case to the judge, giving you the best possible chance of obtaining an order for possession.
Let The Landlord Group take away the anxiety of standing before a judge. Our fixed fee for this service is £1195. This fee is inclusive of the court fee (£355) and the attendance of a solicitor at the court hearing.
